* On the City board's web page, including a general description of the request and applicant's application,
* to the public via clearly visible and readable from the roadway signage ,
* to all neighborhood groups claiming the addresses to be within their boundaries and all adjacent neighborhood groups, to the email they have on file with NBD, and
* to all properties that are within 600ft of the address on the application, via postcard, to the property address of owners in the case of owner occupants and to the owner address in the case of non-resident owners.
